Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups white sugar
  • ½ cup flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup salted butter
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla
  • 2 cups dark chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 325 degrees F. prepare your baking pan and line it with parchment paper to make it easier to lift out the brownie.
  • Heat a sauce pan with boiling water, create a double boiler this is to prevent your chocolate from scourging.
  • Put 1 cup of dark chocolate chips and butter and let it melt completely.
  • Remove it from the heat and let it cool.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the eggs and slowly add the sugar until fluffy. Then add the vanilla and mix again.
  • At this point start adding in the egg mixture to the melted chocolate mixture and mix them together.
  • Slowly add the flour and mix until well combined.
  • Pour the batter into the pan and sprinkle all the remaining dark chocolate chips at the top. Bake it for 35-40 minutes.
  • Serve this with hot fudge chocolate or ice cream on top.
