Ingredients

  • 1 can of 8-count refrigerated flaky biscuits
  • 4 slices of deli ham
  • 8 ounces of Swiss cheese at room temperature
  • 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon of dried parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt

Instructions

  • Open the biscuit can and split each biscuit in half to create 16 thin pieces.
  • Cut the ham into small pieces and the Swiss cheese into 16 cubes.
  • Spread mustard lightly over each biscuit piece. Place a piece of ham and a cheese cube on top.
  • Fold the edges of the biscuit around the filling and roll into a ball, ensuring the edges are sealed so the cheese doesn’t escape.
  • Arrange the biscuit balls in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them for proper air circulation.
  • Combine the melted butter, garlic powder, parsley, and salt in a small bowl, mixing well.
  • Brush the butter mixture over each biscuit ball.
  • Air fry at 350°F for 5-6 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and fully cooked.
