Ingredients
  

  • 14 ounces sirloin steak cubed into 1-inch pieces
  • cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary leaves only
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon grainy mustard
  • 3 cloves garlic finely minced
  • 2 cups grape tomatoes whole
  • 1 ½ pounds baby potatoes
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 6 metal or wooden skewers

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the grill to medium. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water before grilling. 🌊
  • Marinade
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, honey, mustard, and minced garlic. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add the steak cubes and stir to coat well. Cover the bowl and let the steak marinate in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes or up to overnight for more flavor.
  • Tomato Marinade
  • In a separate bowl, toss the grape tomatoes with olive oil and fresh rosemary. Set this mixture aside to let the flavors meld. 🍅
  • Potatoes
  • Place the baby potatoes in a large saucepan and cover them with water, making sure the water is about an inch above the potatoes. Bring to a boil and cook the potatoes for 8 to 10 minutes until they are just fork-tender but not fully cooked. Drain and allow them to cool slightly.
  • Assembly
  • Thread the ingredients onto the skewers, starting with a potato, then a piece of steak, and followed by a tomato. Repeat this pattern two more times, finishing with a potato on each skewer.
  • Grilling
  • Lightly oil the grill grates. Place the kebabs on the grill and cook for about 5-6 minutes per side, turning them carefully to ensure even cooking, about 10-12 minutes total. The steak should be cooked through but still juicy. 🔥
