- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup minced chives
- 1 pound 93% lean ground beef
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the minced chives, ground beef, and shredded cheddar cheese. Season the mixture with salt and pepper according to your taste. Blend thoroughly using your hands.
Shape the meat mixture into 34 small meatballs and place them on a rimmed baking sheet.
