  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup minced chives
  • 1 pound 93% lean ground beef
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the minced chives, ground beef, and shredded cheddar cheese. Season the mixture with salt and pepper according to your taste. Blend thoroughly using your hands.
  • Shape the meat mixture into 34 small meatballs and place them on a rimmed baking sheet.
