- 1 pound potatoes about 448 grams
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh herbs optional
- Salt to taste
Rinse the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into large cubes or quarters, depending on their size.
In a mixing bowl, combine the oil, taco seasoning, and salt.
Add the potato pieces to the bowl and toss them until well-coated with the seasoning mix.
Place a sheet of foil in the air fryer basket, then spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer on top.
Air fry at 400°F (204°C) for 12-15 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden and crispy.
