Fruits:
- 1 lb. strawberries sliced
- 4 kiwi peeled and chopped
- 6 oz. blackberries
- ½ medium pineapple chopped
- 4 mandarin oranges peeled and segmented
- 2 cups red grapes halved
Yogurt Dressing:
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp lime zest
For Fruit Mixture:
In a spacious bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, chopped pineapple, blackberries, halved grapes, chopped kiwi, and segmented mandarin oranges. Gently toss together.
For Yogurt Dressing:
In a separate small bowl, blend the Greek yogurt, honey, lime juice, and lime zest. Whisk until the mixture is smooth and combined well.
Pour the yogurt dressing over the fruit mixture and carefully toss to coat all the fruit evenly.
