- 15 oz can of chickpeas drained and rinsed
- Olive oil spray extra virgin preferred
- 1 teaspoon of your favorite dried seasoning
After draining and rinsing the chickpeas, spread them out on a plate lined with paper towels to dry completely.
Once dried, place the chickpeas in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are in a single layer. Cook at 380°F for 12 to 15 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes to ensure even cooking. The chickpeas should be crunchy on the inside and golden on the outside.
When finished, transfer the hot chickpeas to a bowl, spray them lightly with olive oil, and quickly toss them with your chosen spices. Enjoy as a snack or as a crunchy addition to your salads.
