Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup panko
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Creole seasoning
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil to medium-high (350°F/180°C).
  • In a bowl, mix panko, Parmesan cheese, and Creole seasoning.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.
  • Coat each cauliflower floret in flour, then dip in eggs, and finally coat with the panko mixture.
  • Fry the cauliflower until golden brown.
  • Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
