- 1 cup panko
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Creole seasoning
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cauliflower cut into florets
- 2 large eggs beaten
- oil for frying
Heat oil to medium-high (350°F/180°C).
In a bowl, mix panko, Parmesan cheese, and Creole seasoning.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs.
Coat each cauliflower floret in flour, then dip in eggs, and finally coat with the panko mixture.
Fry the cauliflower until golden brown.
