  • 1 lb 16 oz Velveeta cheese, diced into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1/2 pound Odom's Tennessee Pride Mild Country Sausage browned and drained
  • 1 can 10 oz Ro*Tel Original Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies, not drained

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl.
  • Heat in the microwave on HIGH for 5 minutes, or until Velveeta cheese is fully melted. Stir the mixture after 3 minutes to ensure even melting.
