  • 4 medium baking potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried onion flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground paprika

Instructions
 

  • Begin by preheating your oven to 425 degrees F. Lightly oil a baking sheet.
  • Slice the potatoes into 12 wedges each and place them into a large mixing bowl. Toss the wedges with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, onion flakes, and paprika until evenly coated. Arrange the seasoned wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Flip the wedges and continue baking for an additional 25 to 30 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
