Ingredients
- ¼ cup of butter
- ½ cup of white sugar
- ½ cup of brown sugar
- ½ cup of light Karo syrup
- ½ cup of sweetened condensed milk
Directions:
Set the pan on medium heat, add sugar and salt and cover with water.
Simmer and watch the pan until sugar is dissolved (it will take about 5 minutes).
Increase heat and cook until golden,
If you were using a candy thermometer, wait until it reaches 350°.
Once ready, immediately stir in butter and cream (keep your face away when combining).
Let it cool at kitchen temperature and transfer to a safe container.
Serve when needed.
