Homemade Buttercream Frosting

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of butter, softened
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 Tablespoons heavy whipping cream

Directions:

1-Using a stand or hand mixer, blend butter until smooth & creamy.

2-Add powdered sugar 1/2 cup at a time until fully incorporated.

3-Add vanilla and mix well.

4-Add heavy whipping cream and blend well until fully mixed in.

5-Fill piping bag and pipe onto cake or cupcakes.
