Mini Cheesecake with Blueberry Sauce


  • 1/3 Cup Gram Cracker Crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp Melted Butter
  • 1 Pkg (8 oz) Cream Cheese, Soften)
  • 1/4 Cup White Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract


Preheat 325, line 6 muffin cup with paper

Mix Graham Cracker and butter well, spoon into muffin cups, press down with a shot glass

Bake for 5 min, remove, keep the oven on

Beat cream cheese until fluffy, beat in sugar (about 5 minute total) add egg and vanilla extract mix well

Spoon in mixture evenly, also to the rim. Bake for 25 min

Cool in pan completely before removing to chill in the fridge.

Serve with homemade blueberry sauce
