This oven roasted cauliflower recipe is as easy as it gets. The cauliflower is so sweet with a wonderful texture contrasting the crunchy brown exterior with the smooth creamy interior.
It is really hard to explain how good that this cauliflower recipe really is for the whole family. I make this easy recipe at least a couple of times each month as it is a big hit with my family. You won’t believe how good it is and I know that you and your family will also love it! It is a healthy recipe and it makes the perfect side dish for any meal.

Oven Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 4 T olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Cut cauliflower into florets and spread out on a baking sheet.
- Add the olive oil, salt and pepper and toss well.
- Bake in a preheated 425 degree oven 35 to 40 minutes or until nicely browned. Stir them up a few times during cooking to ensure even browing.
