Ingredients :
- 1 lb. 93% lean ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion (about 1/2 medium)
- 1 can (15 oz.) Great Value No-Salt Added Tomato Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. molasses
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 6 whole-wheat sandwich buns
- 1 cup diced fresh mango (about 1 small)
- 1/2 cup Great Value Canned Low-Sodium Black Beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tsp. lime juice
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until beef is crumbled and no longer pink, 8 to 10 minutes.
Add tomato sauce, molasses and chili powder and simmer, covered, about 5 minutes until flavors are blended.
Meanwhile, stir together salsa ingredients.
Divide beef mixture evenly among bun bottoms, top equally with salsa and close with bun tops.
