Super Simple Minestrone

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups Great Value Low Sodium Chicken Broth
  • 2 cups Great Value Frozen Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 can (14.5 oz.) Great Value Italian Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup Great Value Whole Wheat Elbow Macaroni
  • Salt
  • Great Value Finely Shredded Parmesan Cheese, as desired
  • Pepper as desired

Directions:

Combine chicken broth, mixed vegetables, tomatoes, water, and macaroni in a medium saucepan and bring to boil.

Reduce heat and simmer, partially covered and stirring occasionally, until pasta is just tender and vegetables are cooked, 5 to 7 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve, sprinkled with Parmesan if desired.
