Ingredients:
- 3 cups Great Value Low Sodium Chicken Broth
- 2 cups Great Value Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) Great Value Italian Diced Tomatoes
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup Great Value Whole Wheat Elbow Macaroni
- Salt
- Great Value Finely Shredded Parmesan Cheese, as desired
- Pepper as desired
Directions:
Combine chicken broth, mixed vegetables, tomatoes, water, and macaroni in a medium saucepan and bring to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, partially covered and stirring occasionally, until pasta is just tender and vegetables are cooked, 5 to 7 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve, sprinkled with Parmesan if desired.
