Ingredients:
- 4 -5 lbs country-style pork ribs
- 1 (18 ounces) bottle of your favorite barbecue sauce (I used brown sugar flavor)
- 1 onion, chopped
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
Place all ingredients in crockpot.
Cook on low for 6 to 8 hours (Mine took about 6 hours).
The meat starts to fall off the bones– be careful of the small ones in the juices!
