Oven Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 4 T olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cut cauliflower into florets and spread out on a baking sheet.
  • Add the olive oil, salt and pepper and toss well.
  • Bake in a preheated 425 degree oven 35 to 40 minutes or until nicely browned. Stir them up a few times during cooking to ensure even browing.
