  • cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  • teaspoon ground allspice
  • dash ground nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • cup sugar for topping

Instructions
 

  • Combine the cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl to create the topping. Set aside.
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare a 12-cup muffin tin by spraying it with nonstick spray.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, allspice, and nutmeg until well combined.
