Aww shucks, that’s good. Sweet corn, savory garlic & salty Parmesan cheese blend together for this corn on the cob recipe perfect for grilling time.
Ingredients :
- 4 ears fresh corn on the cob (husks on)
- 2 tablespoons salted butter
- 1 clove garlic finely minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley
Directions:
Prep the husks. Pull back the husks from the corn on the cob but leave attached. Remove silks.
Tie the husks together with kitchen string (or remove a one of the husk leaves and tie with that). Now you can use the tied husks like a “handle” for the corn.
Mix together the softened butter & garlic.
Grill corn over medium-high heat for about 10 minutes turning a quarter turn every few minutes so that the corn is grilled on all sides. Look for the kernels to turn golden brown and look slightly charred.
Remove corn from the grill, slather the entire cob with the butter & garlic mixture.
Sprinkle one side with Parmesan cheese and a little chopped parsley.
