We all know that yogurt tastes better when it’s chilled, but colder temperatures can kill the beneficial bacteria in the yogurt. So, if you want a healthy diet, you might need to sacrifice the flavor.
Cold temperatures will prolong the ripening process of avocados. However, they can stay in the fridge once ripened.
Same with avocados, mangoes are better kept outside the fridge before they are ripened.
