If there are some cracks on your lips, you should caver them before applying the lipstick. Only in this case the shiny lipstick will work out good.

Frosty lipsticks are also known as pearlescent lipsticks, which are considered to be old-fashioned nowadays. Nevertheless, many pop starts wear it and so make it modern again.
